Pinchy's Brand Development
Pinchy's Handmade Lobster Subs is a collaboration between the studio's good friends Spout Cafe and Melbourne culture magazine Dumbo Feather. From a vintage Airstream caravan at Melbourne's seaside Point Ormond, Pinchy's serves up fresh lobster rolls with handmade condiments, drinks and desserts. The Pinchy's brand is playful, vibrant and inviting with subtle references to the North American origins of their flagship dish.
